Kinetic serves as a task manager and app blocker, designed to enhance productivity by aiding users in effectively planning their day while maintaining focus on prioritizing essential tasks.

BUILD FOCUS
Kinetic aims to facilitate task completion through a structured approach. Users can time each task, allowing for a better understanding of the duration required to complete various activities. The tracking feature is initiated by clicking the play button on any task, streamlining the workflow.

The platform also enables users to estimate task duration by adjusting its difficulty level, while performance metrics help monitor progress against set goals.

BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS
Kinetic empowers individuals to minimize distractions by allowing the blocking of non-essential apps and websites. Utilizing the Screen Time API, this feature provides a privacy-conscious and integrated solution for managing app access without requiring a VPN.

• App Restriction Rules permit users to set schedules for blocking distracting applications and websites (e.g., Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM).
• Focus Session Restrictions allow users to prohibit distracting apps during focused periods dedicated to specific tasks.

PLAN YOUR DAY
Users can organize their daily activities by scheduling tasks within Kinetic. This feature assists in planning achievable workloads throughout the day. Completing all planned tasks prompts a small reminder of daily accomplishments, reinforcing a sense of achievement.

LOOK BACK IN TIME
The application offers insights into past work schedules, enabling users to evaluate performance over time. Users are encouraged to challenge themselves by assessing consecutive days of task completion.

An artifact remains for any tasks rescheduled for future dates, providing clarity on what has been accomplished and what remains pending.

ADD SOME DETAIL
Users can enrich their tasks with notes, subtasks, and web links. The Focus Sessions tab offers a historical overview of work done on specific tasks.

OFFLINE FIRST & PRIVATE
Designed for accessibility, Kinetic functions seamlessly across devices. Tasks synchronize automatically with iCloud once online, ensuring smooth transitions between devices. Users retain ownership of their data, which is stored privately in their personal iCloud accounts without access from the Kinetic team.

PAINLESS SHARING
Workspaces facilitate collaboration among friends, family, or teams in shared environments.
